Tracey Gray Snipes devotes her solo practice firm entirely to Family Law. She began her legal career as a licensed attorney in the State of South Carolina in 1999. She was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2011. Tracey Gray Snipes is a North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission Certified Family Financial Mediator and a South Carolina Certified Family Court Mediator.  She also serves as the Guardian ad Litem in private termination of parental rights matters.

Tracey Gray Snipes received her undergraduate education at the University of Maryland, College Park in 1994 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1998. 

She taught Criminal Justice courses as a Lecturer and Adjunct Instructor at Fayetteville State University for many years and has served on the advisory board for Miller Motte College. She has been a military spouse for over 20 years and understands the complexity of military life and hardships often endured by military families.
